RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Please, take your time, and read carefully our R&E policy

We understand that unexpected situations, or change of mind may arise after registering for our event can be a cause for not attending our event after registering. But you should also keep in mind that once you register we immediately begin the process of booking hotels, pay food, buying plane tickets if the package includes flights, reserve rooms for events etc, etc. 

In Colombia almost all reservations must be some payments in full in advance or a minimum deposit of 50%. We make the balance based on costs per person, therefore an early cancellation will be a loss for the Empress Colombiatango festival.

Therefore, if you cancel in the next period of time the refund of your money will be as follows

If you cancel up to one week after your payment, your entire money is returned less 10%.

If you cancel after one week and up to two months after you have made your payment, 30% of your payment will be deducted.

If you cancel after 2 months and up to 1 month before the event that you have made your payment, 50% of your payment will be deducted

If you cancel within the month before the event your money will not be refunded.
